Zelenoe Iskusstvo OSOO ("we", "our", "the Company") operates the mobile application Zelenoe Iskusstvo (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information within the App.
The App is an internal business management tool used by authorized administrators, accountants, gardeners, and clients of the Company. The App is not intended for general public use. Access is granted only through credentials created by an administrator.
All user accounts and associated data are created exclusively by authorized administrators. The App processes the following information:
The App does not collect personal data directly from end users. All data is entered and managed by administrators.
The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) by Google to deliver push notifications. When notifications are enabled, a device token is generated and stored on our server to route messages. No personal data is shared with Google through this service beyond the device token.
All data is stored on secure servers. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel based on their assigned role. Passwords are stored in encrypted form. We take reasonable measures to protect the information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Account data is retained for as long as the business relationship exists. An administrator may delete or modify any user account at any time.
The App is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly process information relating to children.
